Will Greenwood supporting Romford & Gidea Park
We’re excited to announce that Rugby World Cup winner Will Greenwood has joined our campaign to bring on board ambassadors and partner schools at Romford and Gidea Park Rugby Club!
We invite you and your school to partner with us and see firsthand the positive impact rugby can have on your students. And don’t just take our word for it—hear it from Will himself!
Will, the joint third-highest try-scorer in English rugby history, is a true legend who played a key role in England’s 2003 World Cup victory. With 55 England caps and 31 tries, he is widely celebrated as one of England’s all-time greats. He toured with the British Lions three times, in 1997, 2001, and 2005.
A popular presenter on Sky TV, Will hosted the much-loved School of Hard Knocks, and he regularly writes for The Saturday Telegraph. As a passionate advocate for grassroots rugby, he’s a fantastic addition to our campaign.
