Despite an absolute wonder try at the start of the game by Rosie Cocker, which was set up by Georgina Cox, Sunday’s game against Lakenham Hewett RFC didn’t end the way we’d hoped.

Some strong runners just proved a bit too much for a depleted Ravens squad, but the Ravens never gave up and made it a physical challenge for the away side to take their victory.

Forward of the match was a tough call this week. Nicole Pullen had a fantastic game throughout, with some brilliant scrummaging, but this week our forward of the match went to Janine Hale, who was reactive and put in some cracking tackles!

Back of the match went to Rosie C, who after her unbelievable try, went on to step up to full back and put in some brilliant try saving tackles.

We now have a couple of weeks off before heading up to Southwold for our next game!
